DOD + Testing some mods !!!

Lo !

DOD is up and running 24/7 at 83.160.14.7:27016 . (for the interested).

There's VERY little activity on DOD, so Im testing some mods on the server: TS, NS & CSS ... TS & NS are running just fine in my oppinion... CSS is still a pain in the butt.. Ive to read some forums about how a CSS-server is done in the best way... There are talks about COD .. Im already downing the serverfiles + manuals... The damn thing is that if you want to run a COD-server you have to buy the gameCD... but Im lucky I guess: Wodz can provide me with that one if he wants... ;] ...

.. When a custom server starts it will be always on 83.160.14.7:27015 ..
...The biggest priority is DOD... if they play, others go down.. Im sure we'll find a way.. ;]

some stats:
DOD: *naked*, no plugins atm due "overflow on datagram"-sjit (working on that); still 24/7; like no-one is playing on this server..
NS: Running fine (when started) with HLGUARD, no VAC (if enabled the client will be disconnected after being 10 secs in the game)
TS: Running fine (when started) with HLGUARD, no VAC (constantly errors downloading securitymodule for this mod.. it just doesn't work...yet..)
CSS: mmm... it runs, *naked*....Still have much to read about it....
....All these games are supposed to get amx with their rights...

cool b, i agree we need to get some more activity on dod, i just dunno how we can do that.

I once read: .BPG. is more a DODclan then a CSclan...
Mebby the new MOTD.TXT (welcometext) will attract more pp..
..mmm... we shall see...

i just gotta find out why the MOTD aint working :/

Check www.sourcemod.com (might be .org) for information on CSS server mods, current best IMO is Mani -- http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/

I was a CS player but i play a lot DOD now ( on a empty BPG server)

Bman, i have a problem with that NS server. When i tried to join it gave a error: that i have a wrong client.ddl. I taught maybe you wanna know.

I kinda figured out why my system crashes..... NO SP2 for XP installed..... (*sigh)

Well, now installing it and figure system will run "STABIEL" after installation.
So guess HLguard and admin mod can be put back

Also try to run condition zero!... Kewl!!!!

FOR DOD BOOST!!!!:

We'll start training evenings... Has been discussed before.... Let's organize training evening.... And RECRUITING in name of server plz....
(Cause we are recruiting!!!)

(btw, I see 9 ppl playing on server now...)
