Kellfire is on a distinguished road
FPS in Counter Strike.
During games it is fine, but I just got Fraps to record demos and it drops my FPS down to a stupidly low 10-15 at times. It's just unplayable. What can I so to fix this?

Yea, it works fine your way.

Pity I now can't figure out Sony Vegas at all to try my hand at editing.
