Well Nintendo have announced the DS redesign, making it smaller and "better" looking. It also has more lights and brightness options, incase you actaully care.

"Nintendo is planning to launch the system in three different colors in Japan, though the actual colors have yet to be determined. The only image released thus far shows a white DS Lite, but Nintendo hasn't yet decided if that will be one of the final choices come launch day."

id rather a Psp myself and im gettin 1 for my birthday it looks awesome............ and i have only had 1 nintendo and that was a load of balls...so i stick with my PlayStations

since nintendo realeased 'Goldeneye' for N64, i think that the lads down at nintendo have realised they'll never be able to make anything as good ever so just gave up an brought out crap like this. Its incredible how bad the graphics are to the immense ones on the PSP
People...please don't compare ds to psp, cause it's not in the same leage. Nintendo sees this handheld as a new console and not a followup for gameboy advance. Nintendo tends to go for a more interactive gaming experience, while sony goes for the same formula it has always used: beef up the grafics and satisfy the grafic-whores.... no offence
I choose for ds cause I wanted to try a new type of gaming. and ds seemed the solution for it. it has touch screen combined with microphone, which creates a whole new experience imo. And I love it that I finally can play mario kart online, anywhere in my house. wifi is really great and lets you play online with the handheld.
well don't think i'm trying to convince you all to go for ds, but to change your view on ds and what it's purpose really is. IMO Nintendo is going the right way with it's new policy...
