Old and slow

Hi i have a problem making my own smiley. :'(
I found 1 but it needs some changes :idea:
now because im old and slow i dont understand theese things :rolleyes:
(i wonder why i understand mirc, maybe meltdown in head) :eek:
does any of u know how to change animated gifs (smileys) ?
like change the color of something and remove a thing in the gif?

i want to change this picture to make it a woodchopper
Flis is like Flis-machine
change the blood color to more like wood-color
take away the smiley the wood lands on
change the smiley that drops in the machine to a wood or tree
and take away the second part that says Fin+blood
and maybe do a loopback so it goes around all the time.

I dont know how to do it but if some1 can and does it i will be very grateful.
