Upgraded forum software to latest release to try and fix the problems.

I opened up forums as quickly as possible... but no arcade for now :)

black one will be back... just let me fix some of the errors with that aswell. it's either give you crappy skins and no arcade or nothing at all at the moment :)

Im glad professional is back but my favourite was the orange skin, what happened to it breaker?
